Pibliotti Art Studio was founded in 1994 by two professional artists,
Ler Hock Chuan and Tay Shuh Fung, who have over 35 years of teaching experience.
Pibilotti offers courses for all ages ranging from basic fundamentals to building art portfolios for admissions. We believe in providing a safe-space for borderless self-expression
and encourage children to be their own storytellers.
